In purchasing products from this website, you will be required to provide personal information such as name, shipping address, phone number and email address. This information is needed to enable us to process your purchases and deliver them to you. All information in relation to credit card details  is provided by you directly to our payment gateway Net Registry and therefore is not stored on our website.

All information provided by you will not be used by us other than as above. If you require any further information, please refer to our privacy policy.

All deliveries to Australian addresses are made by Australia Post. Add That will not be held responsible for any delays in deliveries, or lost or damaged items that occur during transportation of goods by Australia Post. All queries related to delivery issues should be directed to Australia Post, quoting consignment number issued to you at the time of purchase.

All delivery charges are payable by you at the time of purchase  unless otherwise stated and all delivery charges incurred in relation to returned goods are the responsibility of you, with the exception of returned goods that are deemed to be faulty.

All orders placed through our direct credit option will be cancelled if payment has not been received within 48 hours of order being placed. You will be notified of cancellation via email.

Add That reserves the right to alter any content contained within this website, including pricing, available products, sale items, imagery and written content

Gift vouchers may only be redeemed for products within 12 months of date of purchase of gift voucher. The gift voucher can only be used in one transaction it is recommended it is used to its entirety. They are not redeemable for cash.

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Product and Care guides contained within this website are provided for your information to optimise the life of your purchases. Failure to adhere to these guides may result in adverse affects to your purchases. Add That will not be held liable for damages as a result of failure on your behalf to adhere to these guides.

Add That reserves the right to refuse a refund on products returned as “faulty”, if products have been used, worn or washed, or damaged due to non-adherence to care and product labels.

Add That will not refund or exchange goods in the event that you “change your mind”.

Add That will gladly exchange any incorrect dress size ordered, for an alternate size, providing that the dress has not be worn or washed and is returned in it’s original packaging with proof of purchase. All delivery costs incurred will be customer’s responsibilty

Add That will not refund or exchange “Sale” items.
